READY FOR XMAS!


Last night I switched on the official Xmas lights in my home! This year, my family and me used holly and laurel branches to make a original Christmas tree... chin chin!! :)

DELICIOUS




A delicious recipe for these holidays... Enjoy It!

INGREDIENTS:

Shortbread pastry:
150gr. organic integral flour.
• 1 soup spoonful of organic sesame seeds. • 40gr. organic oat flakes • 3 AOVE's soup spoonfuls (organic virgin olive oil extra). • 10 soup spoonfuls of water.

Filling:

400-500 gr. organic broccoli
• 150 gr. organic matured cheese • 2 organic eggs. • 100gr. organic cheese type philadelphia (it can be light). • 1 organic natural yogurt. • Salt, pepper and nutmeg. • Optional: a few hazelnuts or pistachios.

PREPARATION:

• Mix all the pastry´s ingredients in a bowl, it isn´t necessary to knead very much, it only have to be integrated. If it´s necessary you´ll add a bit more of water. Reserve it.

• Wash and cut the broccoli in bouquets, and cook it in the microwave 8 minutes to 800w. Reserve it.
• In a bowl, beat the eggs, with the yogurt, the cheese type philadelfia, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg. You can use the mixer.

• Stretch the pastry in a mold of low walls, to cover with the bouquets of broccoli and to spill above the cream of eggs and cheese. Finally put the matured cheese above and sprinkle with hazelnuts´ pieces.
• Bake to 175 º during 45 minutes.

CHESNUT FESTIVAL


Finally I update all my photos, this is the backward last thing that I still had! The carpet "places" of flirck is complete ... at the moment! It´s the flyer that I did to a friends' party on the occasion of the chestnut´s collection, the autumn and the Haloween party ... it was in the countryside, in Nava. It was very funny!
